We are looking for an efficient and committed Manager to join our office. As a Manager, you will be managing the day to day activities. You will be responsible for arranging meetings for the staff, provide them necessary official documents and keep a record of the appointments within the office. You will be also arranging monthly repairs and renovations.

Responsibilities of a Manager

• Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.

• Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
• Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
• Communicate regularly with other managers, the director, vice president, president, and other designated contacts within the organization.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Manager Job Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management.

• Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred.

Proficient knowledge of foot reflexology, Tui Na massage, body oil massage, sports and/or deep tissue massage.

Meeting with clients and conducting an initial assessment.

Explaining to new clients the principles and methods of reflexology.

Applying hands-on massage to patient’s feet and to a lesser extent their hands and ears.

Maintains store presentation to ensure the selling environment is customer ready at all times

Is an ambassador for all company values and uses integrity at all times

Communicate presentation standards and replenishment needs to ensure the store is always customer ready

Supervise a commissioned, territory/account-based sales force to achieve goals set forth in all sales metric categories

Assist Sales manager by supervising all training initiatives within the sales team

Supervise sales personnel in the effective implementation of the Company’s pricing initiatives

Qualifications for sales supervisor

Effectively and creatively utilizes all resources (systems, people, ) to manage daily operations

Possesses advanced operations knowledge combined with the ability to teach

Able to understand and articulate personal lines operations in a way that drives and achieves team(s) results

Minimum 2 years of retail experience a plus

Must have flexible availability as per business need

Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining IT applications systems as well as software development. You will understand Agile principles, DevSecOps, Microservices and Cloud-based technologies and you will lead projects to identify and explore suitable technologies and solutions, as well as designing IT application architectures to meet organizational needs.


Requirements:
• Tertiary Qualification in IT, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
