Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation.
- Contribute to event conceptualisation and ideation to create impactful experiences.
- Understand the marketing user journey and own the communication touchpoints by planning, writing compelling copy, and sending Electronic Direct Mails (eDMs) to inform and engage the audience.
- Manage multiple ongoing events simultaneously, ensuring each event meets its objectives and runs smoothly.
- Oversee event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery of key project outcomes and continuous improvement.
Office Facilities Management:
- Manage the operations of office facilities, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance services, and any facility-related needs.
- Ensure the office environment is safe, functional, and conducive.
