Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline

- Ability to understand and address customer requirements and translate them into

- B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in robotic/physical security

- Process negotiation, networking, presentation, project management, market analysis, strategic skill will be an advantage

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, from managing customer inquiries to coordinating projects. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales operations and ensure timely processing of quotations, sales orders, and delivery documents.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proactively source new sales opportunities and assist with lead follow-ups.
