• Oversee cooks and vendors to ensure balanced meals and beverages are properly sourced and provided for the residents of the childrens homes.
• Coordinate with relevant personnel and contractors to provide security and maintain safety requirements of the residential homes.
• Ensure the cleaners maintain general cleanliness of common areas, there is proper disposal of domestic wastes and estate maintenance of the Homes.
• Oversee and render transport support through effective scheduling and oversee drivers
• Proper store management (food, IT equipment etc.) and stock or furnishing purchases aligned with effective cost management.
• Oversee administration and coordination with vendors for the Home Management System and other similar systems and assist in data risk management work.
• Review of procedures in a timely manner.
• Oversee facilities and management of all other CYG premises such as our youth drop-in Centre.

Diploma/Degree in Estate Management

Working hours

44 hours per week.

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:

8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday Friday, 1 hour lunch)

The program is a 24/7 community care service, hence flexibility in work arrangement is expected.

JOB PURPOSE:

Assisting Front Office Manager & Assistant Front Office Manager to supervise, train and inspect the performance of Front Office supervisors & associates. Ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's desirable quality and standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
