Sales Support, Admin Executive

The Sales Support Admin assists with daily sales operations and administrative tasks. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role ensures efficient operations by supporting sales activities, liaising with internal teams, customers, and vendors, and managing general office administration duties.

Responsibilities

Support daily sales operations activities

Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company's current client base.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Identify sales prospects within assigned territory and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to management
