Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth highly preferred.

Knowledge in Plumbing & Sanitary and experience in liaising with Consultants & Architects will be an advantage.

Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs.

Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals

Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications

Oversees progress on-site work and resolves any arising issues

Collaborate with clients and consultants in design reviews

Work with the relevant parties in the authorities' submission, project execution, coordination and on-site construction supervision

Ensures design quality and authority compliance

Monitor and manage budgets. Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers. Respond to and resolve complaints and problems. Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them. He is responsible for a variety of tasks, including handling stock levels, transportation costs, and delivery times, supervising staff and their tasks, organizing and executing projects, trying to implement safety protocols, negotiating with suppliers and customers, and growing the business. Requirements

• Diploma in IT/ Business or related fields.
• At least 2 year relevant experience in SaaS or solution sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Experience in handling education sector accounts will have advantage.
• Strong client management & account servicing experience.
• Self-driven, independent and able to work in cross-team effort.
