Sales admin:

· Follow the process from Order booking till Sales invoicing with close communication with internal team members & customers

· Manage relationships with customs and transportation suppliers.

· Optimizes the flow of information between departments involved in the processing of customers’ requests

Logistics

· Track import orders

· Track, prepare, and send orders within the specified time frame to customers
