Requirements:

WHAT’S THE JOB?

Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager, and within the limited of established IHG and local hotel policies and procedures, provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interacts with guests and members of the community. • Supervises and directs Reception and Reservations personnel. Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.  Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.

• Financial Aspect - Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities. Ensures front line staffs comply with FIT marketing techniques and maximize sales. Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit along with analyzing/approving discounts, rebates, refunds
• Crisis Management - Takes action with the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situation and fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.

Purpose and Scope

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sustainability Reporting & Analysis Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sustainability initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and analyze our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with key industry standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with our implementation team to identify sustainability gaps in our overseas projects and develop innovative solutions to reduce our carbon footprint.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Sustainability Reporting:
• Oversee the preparation and submission of GHG emissions reports and other sustainability reports in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, TCFD).
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting processes.
• Analyze and interpret sustainability data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a robust sustainability reporting system to track progress and measure performancce.
• Sustainability Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of our GHG emissions and carbon footprint, identifying key drivers and areas for reduction.
• Develop and refine models to forecast future emissions and assess the impact of different mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement energy efficiency and carbon reduction measures.
• Sustainability Project Implementation:
• Support the identification and assessment of sustainability gaps in our overseas projects, including industrial parks, ready-built factories, and warehouses.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, such as energy efficiency programs, waste reduction strategies, and renewable energy projects.
• Monitor the performance of sustainability projects and track progress towards targets.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on sustainability best practices.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GHG accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Proven experience in sustainability reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in industrial park operations, ready-built factories, or warehouse leasing business is preferred.

Job Description:

• Ensure at all times that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with;
• Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works in the premises;
• Ensure at all times that the occupant load of any part of any building does not exceed the capacity prescribed under the Fire Code;
• Conduct daily checks within the premises and remove or cause to be removed any fire hazard that is found within the premises;
• Prepare and execute the Emergency Response Plan for the premises and distribute the Emergency Response Plan to the occupants of the premises; (ii) conduct fire drills for the occupants of the premises at least twice in every calendar year or on such occasion as may be directed by the Commissioner;
• Ensure that all occupants are familiar with the means of escape located within the premises;
• Prepare fire safety guidebooks for the occupants of the premises; train, co-ordinate and supervise the Company Emergency Response Team for the premises in first-aid, fire-fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies;
• Train the occupants in the premises in first aid, firefighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies;
• Co-ordinate and supervise the occupants within the premises in firefighting and in evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies;
• Conduct at least 2 Table-Top Exercises within the premises each year and to evaluate, together with the Fire Safety Committee, the effectiveness of the Arson Prevention Plan and the Emergency Response Plan for those premises;
• Prepare and implement the Arson Prevention Plan for the premises;
• Organise campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the occupants within the premises in establishing a fire safe environment;

Requirement:

• Must have valid Fire Safety Manager certification
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years' experience as a Fire Safety Manager or related experience in a similar capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Employer Brand Program Manager, APAC

As the Employer Brand Program Manager, you will drive our content and campaign initiatives across APAC. You will focus on creating content and campaigns that tackle brand awareness and lead generation initiatives, drive candidate engagement and empower recruitment enablement. You will collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align these regional efforts with the global Employer Brand strategy. This role is based out of our Singapore office.

What you’ll do

● Iterate and execute on the Employer Brand strategy for APAC ensuring alignment with our global strategy

● Lead Employer Brand employee advocacy regionally

● Manage and grow our digital presence in APAC through multiple channels, including organic and paid campaigns

● Work cross-functionally with the Employer Brand team to support regional events and partnerships

● Define and monitor metrics and KPIs on regional employer branding initiatives, taking a data-driven approach to everything you do

● Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Leadership, HR, Marketing, DEI, Recruitment, Internal Communications, and more
