Key Responsibilities:

· Client Engagements: Engage with potential clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and renovation requirements in detail. Job Description

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounts;
• Liaise with external parties for secretarial, audit and taxation related matters;
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations;
• Prepare various financial data analysis reports to support management decision-making process;
• Provide overall guidance, mentorship and oversee professional growth of the Finance Team;
• Responsible for payroll-related duties including attendance record in Time Management System and Overtime tabulation;
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports such as GST, OED, IRAS Auto-Inclusion, etc;
• Identify and submit relevant business grant applications;
• Support Departmental Head to improvise processes for smooth application and alignment of various digitalisation systems across departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent;
• Preferably with 10 years of relevant working experience;
• Ability to delegate duties and lead;
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards;
• Experience in AutoCount Accounting System preferred;
• Proficient with MS Office;
• Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively;
