1. Effective co-ordination and communication with project teams for work execution to achieve the operational excellence and company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Researching prospects for new sales opportunities within Private Hire Vehicle (PHV), leasing.
• Generating leads through creative, direct outdoor channels and ensure smooth follow-up including setting up appointments.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Managing the entire sales process including working cross functionally with other internal departments, and after-sales service team.
• Understanding customers’ needs and proposing relevant solutions.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with customers.
• Meeting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings, being proactive in conducting monthly market research of the private hire/PHV industry competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent.
• At least 2 – 5 years of experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
• Driven and passionate about sales.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills - very good at inter and intra-team communication.

In this full-time role based in the North-East Region, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's IT systems and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget management: Monitor and report on the impact of tech initiatives, cost-benefit analysis across tools and processes.

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary IT liaison between clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.

Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals. This includes coordinating with ODC, cross function teammates and project schedules. Mobilization for commercial/event contracts.

Process Facilitation and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
