• Develop and maintain documentation of servers and cybersecurity configurations, schematic diagrams, procedures, and project plans for reference and troubleshooting purposes.

• Good experience in disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP), including Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Good experience as a Team Lead/ Manager with relevant human resource skillsets in managing all team players within the designated operation department.
