Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction
• Position Title: Scaffold Project Manager
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 6 days, Monday – Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3,200 (Gross Salary up to $5000 including OT & Commission)
• Duration: 2 years contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and schedule meetings to ensure project milestones and schedules are met.
• Forecast labour needs and ensure on-schedule delivery of scaffolding materials and components for the project.
• Prepare and review internal and external reports related to job status.
• Proactively identify and resolve any site issues that may impede progress to ensure a constraint-free work front.
• Ability to identify project scaffold needs and propose solutions that add value to the client and benefit the company.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal and client execution plans and management system procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in daily reporting and KPI development discussions.

• Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management.
• Experience in Scaffold Project Management a plus.
• Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
• Possess leadership abilities.
• Able to work under pressure.
