The Inside Sales Representative for the APAC region is responsible for generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals for the client’s products and services within the designated APAC territory. This role involves proactive outreach to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the APAC aviation market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and qualify sales leads within the APAC territory through market research, prospecting activities, and inbound inquiries, utilizing CRM tools and databases to manage lead pipeline effectively.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to engage with prospective customers, introduce aviation products and services, and schedule follow-up meetings or demos.
• Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points related to operations, maintenance, and services, and position relevant products and solutions to address their requirements effectively.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products, services, and solutions offered by the organization, including aircraft components, parts, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and aftermarket services, to articulate value propositions and benefits to customers.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, build rapport, and close sales deals remotely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
