Job Scope:
Overall management and growth of sales operations for non-refrigerated and refrigerated products in General Trade and for non-refrigerated products in Modern Trade channels.
Develop and implement sales strategies for new channels and grow existing markets, covering provision outlets, minimarts, schools, institutions, and supermarket chains.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve distribution, merchandising, and outlet penetration objectives.
Ensure achievement of sales objectives and improve profit margins.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Establish and manage budgets, track sales performance data to reach objectives.
Work closely with marketing on promotions and stock requirements, considering the production schedule.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
