Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the finance and accounting functions, and report to Group CFO
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and annual reports
• Responsibility for timely, complete and correct month end close process, including timely reporting to corporate and management.
• Implementing new / changing accounting and reporting requirements
• Responsible for cash flow management and monitoring project status
• Prepare the budgetary control
• Liaise bankers, auditors and other professional parties
• Deal with taxation issues
• Review the financial position of the factory in India and Vietnam. Travelling to the factory may be necessary

Qualifications:

• At least 5 year(s) of accounting experience, preferably with International CPA Firm.
• Able to handle full sets of accounts, including preparation of schedules for audit purposes, GST schedules and submission
• Able to handle payroll will be added advantage
