Established in 2010, the Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) is a pan-university research institute that focuses on systems-level research for tropical megacities. Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute strategic procurement and contract management support for all directly invested projects.

• Familiarity with Contracts, Law, and local legal requirements, with strong contractual and pricing knowledge in Vietnam, Indonesia, and China being an advantage.
• Professional qualifications from recognized Quantity Surveying bodies (e.g., SISV, RICS, MRICS) are preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
