This role will lead the design and continuous improvement of business processes to drive operational efficiency, enhance performance, and reduce costs, focusing on Strategy, Systems, and Projects. Key Responsibilities:

· Business Process Design & Enhancement: Spearhead the creation and ongoing refinement of business processes to improve operational efficiency, optimize performance, and minimize costs. This includes drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and developing visual process flow diagrams.
