Job Description

Budget plan

• Responsible for achieving company’s annual targets by increasing revenue
• Follow up with customers to achieve sales as per budget plan.
• Study & Understand the Budget plan allocated to the team, work toward achieving the budget plan and target that set forth.

Sales & Marketing Activities

• Analyze market data and competitor information to develop comprehensive business strategies and action plans.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact our business.
• Obtain latest product / line-up information & demos from Engineering team.
• Obtain customer / market information in region of responsibility.
• Map customers to product roadmap of Company’s Strategy.

• Identify best strategy / business model for each customer / product.
• Coordinate efforts with biz partners to realise business (based on business model).

Sales and Marketing Report

ABOUT YOUR ROLE :

The Market Development Manager (ASEAN) will be responsible, as a part of a team, for driving top line growth and developing new business opportunities utilizing a full suite of Avery Dennison Smartrac RFID solutions and products for multiple focus industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics or Ecommerce.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Lead, enable and own responsibility for execution and sales results for the including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics or Ecommerce.
• Identify and develop long-term strategic business opportunities. 
• Develop and maintain working relationships with line-of-business partners at the customers’ organization. 
• Act as a business innovation lead for customers’ and prospects’ strategic digital identity initiatives supporting, for example, Supply chain transparency including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics or Ecommerce.
• Develop trusting, lucrative business relationships with key decision makers as a proponent of RFID technology integration initiatives.
• Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs, and present compelling solutions.

• Craft customized go-to-market strategies for regions and individual customers.

PRODUCT STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT

• To support the Go To Market seminars and Retailer meetings, organizing and prepare the key assets (Booklet, Presentation) and teasing activities.
• To prepare the BC seminar marketing presentation and help in the global organization in collaboration with the training team

REPORTING

• To complete monthly marketing performance reports on key franchise.
• To track competitor pricing (of key franchises in key markets)
• To conduct quantitative and qualitative market research and stay up-to-date with competitor products and market trends

VM, TRADE & TRAINING SUPPORT

• To work with VM to ensure outstanding product display and merchandising for maximum impact
• To inspire and create confidence in make up products by working closely with Training and Retail and creating effective sales techniques and speech which effectively translates into conversion
• To support trade marketing team on events, animation, to ensure the right products are being offered and focused
