We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Specialist and Sales
Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance claims for patients,
ensuring accurate and timely processing while adhering to regulatory requirements
and company policies. Additionally, the Claims Specialist will play a key role in
building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to facilitate patient
referrals. The incumbent will also be responsible for generating new business
opportunities by building and expanding a network of doctors and medical facilities
who can refer patients to our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales
background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately, from submission to resolution
- Verify patient eligibility and coverage benefits
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and ensure timely reimbursement
- Maintain detailed records of claims and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation and information
- Build and nurture relationships with doctors and medical facilities to facilitate patient referrals
- Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and industry trends
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare partners
- Identify and target healthcare providers who are potential referral sources
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, medical practices, and hospitals
- Educate healthcare professionals about our services and the benefits to their patients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
