• Responsible for leading and directing estimating resources and proposing costing strategies through the review and analysis of completed projects as well as global and regional cost data to effect such strategies towards the realization of company’s business objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Estimation & Analysis (E&A) Team personnel are in possession of correct skills, are given appropriate training, are up-to-date on the latest methods, procedures and requirements, and are sufficiently resourced to accomplish their tasks effectively
• Responsible for the effective review of tender specifications by E&A team and to ensure full understanding of project preambles and methods of measurement for purpose of generating accurate costing for tenders in line with project requirements.
