• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent

• At least 1-3 years’ experience in selling HVAC or building automation system

• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

Job responsibilities

• Full spectrum of support to account managers - Issue quotations, prepare Bill of Quantities based on customers’ requirements, process sales orders, sample orders, service orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate and send invoices to customers via email or through online portals
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to their requirements.
• Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials, which include attending tender briefings from time to time.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries by phone and email
• Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders.
• Coordinate projects with internal operation teams and assist to manage projects to completion

Job requirements

• At least 2 years experience in Sales Coordination
• Experience in using ERP System eg SAP/Oracle
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team
