• Assess risks and monitor Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios while adhering to ethical standards.

• Partner with Relationship Managers to ensure sales processes comply with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) requirements.

• Update internal policies and transaction activities to align with MAS regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department or management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Certification in CACS and CMFAS (M9, M9A, M5, HI) is highly preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in investment product management, preferably in private banking.

• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of the financial industry and competitor products/services.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
