Key Responsibility

The Customer Experience Manager steers the strategic planning process to secure an excellent customer experience for all customers. This position entails overseeing the inside sales function within the Singapore office and carrying the responsibility for supporting the marketing, sales, and service functions. Generally, the Customer Experience Manager coordinates, plans, and supervises a company's Inside Sales team, aiming to ensure the optimized interaction between the company and its customers and lead the team to achieve the Departmental KPIs and goals.

• Guide and direct the activities of Inside Sales Engineers to ensure their interactions with customers reflects positively on the company.

• Mentoring of Inside Sales Engineers to ensure compliance with set standards of courtesy and professionalism.

• Good understanding on processes for costings, quotations and proposals using CEP, SAP system.

• To provide guidance to team on technical advisory, project proposals follow-up, negotiations, closing project orders and customer liaison.

• Any other tasks might be required by the Company to support the business strategy.

• Collaborate with product line, marketing and services commercial teams to support market forecasts, new product introduction and product strategy studies
• Demonstrate principle of LEAN and Flight Deck(GE’s lean operating model) in day to day work with participation and leading Kaizen and other initiatives in pursuit of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering Fleet model teams especially during the release of new models, to understand and validate the changes to the model before release for usage in commercial underwriting process and communicate the changes to the deal factory teams.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the aerospace, defense, or power related industries

The channel sales AM is responsible for executing strategies to drive sales growth through various channel such as E-commerce for domestic, overseas, corporate and Travel retail for pre-order and inflight sales. Essential ability to handle operational and administrative task as part of process.

Channel sales:

• Develop and implement multi-channel sales strategies to achieve sales growth for channels in alignment with brand guidelines and business objective.
• Create actionable sales plan that align with overall business objectives, focusing on market share, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Work closely with marketing and ecommerce team to develop channel specific marketing campaigns and visibility.
• Ensure consistent brand image across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate with production team on launch date for all channel sales.
• Coordinate with TR team on inflight listing and submission.
• Maintain required margins on P&L

Sales Reporting:

• Leverage data and market insights to tailor product offerings, promotions, and pricing strategies for each channel and SKU to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and key metrics of channel sales and take corrective measure if required.
• Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards for highlighting key metrics on channel sales performance

Administrative:

• Prepare catalogue for corporate channel.
• Submission of all campaign brief and inflight

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving substantial sales growth within the ecommerce industry.
• Good understanding of ecommerce web management

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
