• Develop and implement multi-channel sales strategies to achieve sales growth for channels in alignment with brand guidelines and business objective.
• Create actionable sales plan that align with overall business objectives, focusing on market share, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Work closely with marketing and ecommerce team to develop channel specific marketing campaigns and visibility.
• Ensure consistent brand image across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate with production team on launch date for all channel sales.
• Coordinate with TR team on inflight listing and submission.
• Maintain required margins on P&L

Sales Reporting:

• Leverage data and market insights to tailor product offerings, promotions, and pricing strategies for each channel and SKU to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and key metrics of channel sales and take corrective measure if required.
• Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards for highlighting key metrics on channel sales performance

Administrative:

• Prepare catalogue for corporate channel.
• Submission of all campaign brief and inflight

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving substantial sales growth within the ecommerce industry.
• Good understanding of ecommerce web management
• Strong business acumen with timeline management.
• Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
• Initiative approach on task allocated.
• Strong sense of ownership, results driven with problem solving skills
• Independent worker and a team player who can work collaboratively and positively with both internal and external parties
• Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment

• Build and identify Industrial Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to promoting sales.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve sales target.
• Create a smart IoT business-oriented opportunities from start to finish.
• Keep abreast of the Industrial IoT solutions market, key trends, the competitive landscape, and enterprise use cases.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 5 years of enterprise sales/solution sales experience in IT software industry.
• Strong network in the enterprise market, interior designer, physical security or facility management.
