Roles & Responsibilities:

• 40% delivery and customer servicing, 60% creating new customer accounts
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Delivery of goods to customers’ premises on time
• Sign and receipt of invoices and cash collections
• Taking orders from existing customers when delivering orders

10. Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and suppliers across the supply chain to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
11. Maintain meticulous records of all sales-related documents and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth audits.
12. Manage the registration and reporting of sales documents accurately in the Navision system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for operational and reporting purposes.
13. Issue cargo insurance certificates and coordinate timely resolution of customer claims and inquiries to uphold service quality and customer satisfaction.
