Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets in the telecommunications sector.
· Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
· Lead the sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
· Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product) to align sales strategies with business goals.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and progress against targets.
· Drive account planning activities and develop tailored solutions to address client-specific needs.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to optimize performance and exceed sales targets.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and expand the client base.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Telecommunications, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
· Strong understanding of telecommunications products, solutions, and emerging technologies.
· Results-driven individual with leadership capabilities and the ability to manage a high-performing sales team.
