Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts in driving sales of corporate training programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling technical training solutions to large organizations and a strong understanding of the corporate L&D ecosystem. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to tailor training solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base within MNCs and large enterprises.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in corporate L&D, HR, and management teams.
• Promote and sell a wide range of customizable technical training programs tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design and propose training solutions that address their challenges.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling technical or corporate training solutions.
• Demonstrated success in engaging with and selling to corporate L&D and HR teams within MNCs and large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of technical training areas such as data science, analytics, software engineering, or similar domains is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
