Job Description

• Your role will be to build and convert a pipeline of customers and prospects to grow adoption of OCI Generative AI (GenAI) Services and GenAI infrastructure. To that effect, you will identify AI-startups/AI Labs focused on LLM (Large language model) development, fine tuning and customisation for deployment on OCI GenAI infrastructure platform.
• You will also focus on identifying enterprise accounts looking to re-train/fine tune foundational models & inferencing to deploy on OCI Generative AI infrastructure as well as to leverage OCI GenAI Services.
• Responsible for revenue in your territory, you will be in-charge of all aspects of the opportunity lifecycle (pitch, solution development, commercial constructs, negotiation & contracting) and orchestrate the alignment of key technical resources (within APAC and Global) at the relevant stages of the lifecycle.
• Primarily aligned with the field working with customers, you will be interacting with extended teams internally (Field Sales, Presales, AI Infrastructure Tiger Team & Global PM teams) across the opportunity life cycle.

Requirements

• To be successful in this role, you will need a background in Infrastructure & AI-Generative AI domain & solutions (models/tools/frameworks etc) in a sales/ business development role. A good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (GPUs), Generative AI domain & a go-getter Sales attitude is a must. Knowing the competition and keeping abreast of the developments in the market is a critical requirement.
• You have over 10 years+ of rich experience selling Infrastructure (GPUs preferred) to enterprises and recently selling Generative AI use cases to AI startups/Enterprises. Experience & willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
• With a strong technical sales aptitude, you have a sense of urgency & are highly motivated to develop new multi-million dollar business. Your positive attitude is contagious & you build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• You possess strong business acumen to spot opportunities for large AI Infrastructure deals where others see none.

Responsibilities :-

1. Sales Support and Coordination

Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and order confirmations for clients.

Coordinate with the sales team to manage and update client accounts, ensuring that records are up to date in CRM systems.

Track sales orders from initial inquiry to delivery, coordinating with various internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

2. Order Processing and Documentation

Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoicing accurately, ensuring all required documentation is complete.

Manage product inventories and collaborate with the procurement team to maintain adequate stock levels based on customer demand.

Generate and update reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory status for the sales team and management.

3. Administrative Tasks

Manage sales-related paperwork, such as shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders.

Prepare sales presentations, meeting notes, and monthly sales reports.

Coordinate internal and client meetings, handling logistics and providing required documentation or follow-ups.

3. Market Research and Reporting

Conduct basic market research to support the sales team with insights into competitor pricing, new trends, and customer preferences.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service levels and product offerings.

Prepare periodic sales and performance reports to track the progress of sales targets and KPIs.

4. Collaboration and Team Support

Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and events.

Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to resolve issues impacting order fulfillment and billing.

Assist in training new staff and sharing knowledge on sales processes and customer interactions.

Job Requirements :-

Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent

Globe3 software experience is an advantage

Knowledge in Microsoft Office / Accounting Software

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
• Conceptualise and develop creative and compelling marketing content for both B2B and B2C audiences, including website content, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
• Assist & plan leads generating campaigns
• To be able to lead & work within given budgets & timeline
• Execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions to leads tru social media
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
