Responsibilities:

• Provide the technical supports with the operations and product engineering groups as an Account Manager across the customer sites in APAC and USA regions.
• Support all the workshops with the existing/new customer operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering field. Candidate with MBA qualifications will be advantageous.
• Minimum 7-8 years' of experience in semiconductor OEM, semiconductor fabrication, semiconductor parts/peripherals or related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams on projects involving disparate, internal, and external stakeholders.
• Must have an excellent project management skill, especially across department in the organization.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting to both internal and external C-level incumbents/Senior Executives.
• Able and willing to travel 15-20% of the time for business purposes.
• Knowledge of Japanese is a plus for frequent liaising with Japan HQ and factory.

Overview for the role:
