Position: Marketing Intern
Location: Changi Airport Terminal 4, Singapore
Duration: Jan - Jun 2025

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create engaging posts, graphics, videos, and stories to promote the company’s services, operations, and activities.

- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts by posting regularly, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance.

- Suggest innovative ways to enhance the company's online presence and brand awareness through social media and content creation.
- Adhere to the company's policies regarding privacy, data protection, and information sharing when creating and distributing content.

- Manage recruitment ads on job posting website

- Vet through resumes and arrange interview sessions for potential candidates

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (internships, projects, or freelance work) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram platforms, including best practices for posting and audience engagement.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A passion for branding, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to track and report on performance metrics.

Marketing Executive

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 08:00am - 05 :00pm
• Location: Jurong
• Salary: $2,700 - $3,000 + $90 Transport Allowance

Responsibilities

• Brand promo activities/packaging artworks editing, managing advertising and promotion
• Support as in house designer for urgent packaging editing/new POSMs creation etc
• Website maintenance/editing (ensuring website information is up to date)
• To support in development and planning of new products with the mission of taking a product from concept to commercialization
• To support ad hoc marketing activities whenever possible.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience in the same capacity
• Knowledge on using illustrator/photoshops for design of artworks/POSMs/editing package
• Social media knowledge/experience will be added advantage
