Retail Sales Specialist (Luxury Watches)

Working Days & hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri , 10am – 7pm

Location: Pasir Panjang

Salary: $3000 - $3500

Job scope:

• Provide customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to retail customers.
• Assist in inventory management and housekeeping at the retail outlets.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the outlet; ensuring cleanliness and organize store front.
• Maintain and manage the POS/Cashier
• Assist in ad-hoc job scope assigned by store manager/supervisor.

Position title : Sales Executive( Retail Sales)

Location: Serangoon

Working Days: 6 days a week (Must be able to work on weekends)

Working hours : 11am to 9pm

Salary : $3,100 basic+ Comm

Requirement

• Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
• Minimum GCE “N” level
• Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage

Job Scope

• Understand and be able to explain to customers the range of Jewelley the company has to offer
• Promote the various products, services and schemes to customers
• Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed
• Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom

Responsibilities

• Process all customer quotation by making competitive and clear business proposals
• Participate in customer visits and trade shows
• Maintain good working relationship with customers
• Maintain an up-to-date customer contact database
• Provide basic technical support to the customer
• Propose alternatives and participate in upselling when there is a need to
• Notified customer when there is delivery delays
• Follow up on quotes on a regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Aerospace / engineering / business or equivalent
• inside / pre-sales experience in any industry will be a plus
• Knowledge of negotiation techniques
• Comfortable working in seletar area
• Work arrangement : 5 day work week at the moment in the office
• Training given to candidate with no experience
