KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain existing institutional clients, and acquire new clients

· Develop pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and propose contracts

REQUIREMENTS:

· Educational Qualification: Degree or Above in Finance/Marketing, or equivalent qualifications in the field. Fresh Graduates can also apply.

· Fast learner and quick thinker, highly independent and resourceful.

· Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

· Mandarin Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as it is necessary for communication with overseas banks and clients.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in a designated region, negotiating regional agreements, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. Ideal Personal Characteristics

Profile

· Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of similar experience in the field of renewable energy.

· Minimum 10 years of customer relations experience.

· English proficiency. (Fluency in French is a plus but not a requirement).

· Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on regional or territory-based responsibilities.

· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain key relationships.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the execution of sales activities in the sales area (HVAC/Energy) and achieve continuous sales growth and targets.

· Expand local market share and drive sales revenue through identifying new product applications, adding new customers and winning over competitive accounts.

· Forecast and report activity accurately in line with the sales target allocation.

· Identify major projects within the accounts and running activities to build a strong client relationship.

· Serves as a key point of contact between the client and the organization.

· Responsible for preparation and submission of bids proposals and documents.

· Collaborate and coordinate with internal technical resources to maximize product/solutions and professional service offerings.

· Promote company image and services in professional ways including social media platforms.

· Write copy of digital campaign and marketing collateral, including brochures, application notes, letters, emails, website and other relevant digital media.

· Any other duties assigned by the Head of Business Development and Management.

Requirements

· Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or Business Administration

· Minimum 10 years sales experience in integrated system solutions related to HVAC, mission critical environments, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Sanitary), BIM, etc

· Is a Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM)

· Validated track record of achievement.

· Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong in languages with good technical writing skill is preferred.
