Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in/be given exposure to:

1. Assist with design, planning and execution of eCommerce and direct channel sales and marketing strategies

Conduct market research and analyse market needs and trends, including performance of regular top competitor analysis, ensuring recency of information, market/industry sizing, analysis of trends in customer preferences, identification of market trends and identification, and mapping of selling channels.

3. Assist with the coordination of order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders across all sales channels

Technical Skills and Competencies
