This is a Senior Account Manager role in a team of experienced professionals developing, delivering and winning high impact opportunities for Visa. Responsible for a portfolio of regional clients in Cybersource, potential engagements could include portfolio management diagnostics, authorization optimization strategies, assessments of digital product and marketing programs, development of new products with implementation roadmaps, optimizing client customer servicing processes and contract negotiation. Key objectives are client retention, revenue growth and improving NPS.

The Senior Manager Technical Sales & Delivery role will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise for our Payments and Fraud Management and prevention platform. What’s it all about?

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager for the APAC region is a newly created role to help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling top of the funnel revenue strategy for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, inclusive of Currencycloud brand. You will lead a team of 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) responsible for filling the pipeline with qualified leads that turn into revenue. You will be an inspirational leader who can drive results, but also adept at building a demand generation strategy that is presentable to a senior audience. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you will hold responsibility for the demand generation strategy and top of the funnel reporting for APAC.

Demand Generation Strategy (approx. % of role breakdown – 25%) 

• Working with regional marketing managers and sales consultants to support the creation of a demand gen strategy that meets regional targets
• Researching prospects, target personas, and segment landscape to assist with lead scoring and more account based marketing
• Building prospect target lists using business development tools
• Build strategies using clear and defined KPIs and ROI. Specific campaigns that are built and delivered as part of the strategy should have trackable metrics and align with your overall strategic objectives
• Own data management for prospecting 

Leadership (approx. 45% of role)

• As an experienced leader, you will coach and lead your team to execute against your strategy and to continuously improve the quality and warmth of leads and opportunities
• You’ll also help and mentor career growth across the team
• Oversee the SDR playbook for moving leads through the funnel, and all processes that sit alongside it
• Support APAC SDRs and oversees SDR activity globally to facilitate the transfer of best practices

Performance Reporting (approx. 30% of role)

• Creating a reporting rhythm among SDRs, the wider marketing team, sales team and also at a senior leadership/executive level.

• Working closely with the sales operations team, providing them with data to enable their wider sales reporting, and ensuring they are supporting marketing deliverables for reporting
• Delivery of holistic demand generation activity, both outbound lead generation as well as working alongside the marketing manager to support inbound lead generation.
• This will include building prospect lists, managing data, building campaigns within lead gen tools and the execution of those campaigns
• It also includes any necessary follow up and qualification of leads as well as smooth handover to sales consultants.

Primary Function:

The individual will act as a bridge and force multiplier amongst Asia country product portfolio marketers, Corporate Portfolio Marketing and HQ Multiport/Single port BU (business unit) product management teams for management and marketing of systems, instruments, and accessories within Multi Port and Single Port robotic platforms. This role will have 30% upstream (working with BU Product Management and Corporate Portfolio Marketing) and 70% downstream (working with local markets’ Product Marketing teams, Asia Marketing Operations and Asia Commercial Operations) responsibilities. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support creation and alignment of product and marketing visions with sales and marketing stakeholders to launch advanced technology technologies and accelerate their adoption.
• Collaborate with peers in Asia regional product, clinical, hospital and digital product portfolio leaders to ensure coherent product visions and marketing strategies/tactics for the Asian countries 
• Collaborate with local markets and corporate partners to build country-specific Product Launch Book plans for major platform products in Asia. Ensure consistent planning process regionally with authentic product positioning, value messaging, clinical integration, and local commercial execution.  Conduct post-launch analysis with countries to track execution effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to achieve established launch goals.
• Collaborate with local markets, Asia marketing operations and Asia commercial operations teams to strategize and implement appropriate campaigns and training programs to launch and drive adoption of the Advanced Technologies Portfolio.
• Identify, establish, and promote best practices to improve the sales and marketing competence in the region.
• Identify gaps in marketing toolkits, e.g.  product claims, messages, QTI (quantify the impacts) references, and sales enablement tools.  Drive development or customization of such where necessary.
• Collect product features and product marketing feedbacks, from tradeshows, market research, customer interviews, focus groups, and KOL case observations. Generate such insights for both existing (post-market) and upcoming (pre-market) products in the pipeline.
• Develop in-country or in-region business justification for launch and development of new products.
• Develop productive relationships with regional KOLs and leverage them in their respective countries and internationally.
• Support product management and product lifecycle management to help address product quality issues and help manage EOL plans.
