• Leverage insights and analytics to develop new programs that drive growth across customer cohorts
• Own key reporting and governance mechanisms for the GTM Sales motion (e.g., OP1, OP2, MMR, QBRs, etc.).

A day in the life
The Innovation and Transformation team is the primary custodian of the business strategy dialogue, steward of key growth acceleration and innovation projects as part of the VP office for APJ AGS. The team works backwards from market forces to build the vision and business strategy for APJ, defining the big go-to-market (GTM) and innovation bets and supporting experimentation to capture and accelerate growth.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or business development roles
• Entrepreneurial spirit, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Background in developing industry solutions and GTM strategies

As a Sales Development Representative (Outbound), you'll be responsible for:

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound lead prospecting, cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls
