As Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Sales Enablement function by supercharging the success of our sales teams, equipping them with the tools, resources and knowledge to exceed our goals. Your focus will be on increasing deal-flow velocity through the creation and management of sales collateral such as thought leadership content, white papers and engaging pieces of work that can challenge the position of cross-border payments in a competitive landscape and amplify our sales message.

Your Mission: 

• Define the key issues that exist within the region in relation to the servicing of cross-border payments for consumers, small to medium businesses and large platform enterprises . Build and maintain a strategy that positions Wise Platform, our products and services as the solution to these issues.

You will prepare detailed reports with market intelligence and competition analysis, manage the product life cycle, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic product launch plans, ensuring effective cost management.

Skills and Experience Required
Ideally, the right applicants will possess the following:

• A diploma or higher in Nursing, Business, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in critical care sales, particularly in medical equipment and consumables.
• Experience in anesthesiology sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• A personal vehicle and the willingness to travel.
