• Bachelor's student in areas such as Business Administration/Management, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems
• Fluency in written and spoken English with good communication skills and intercultural understanding
• Highly motivated team player with data analytical skills, attention to details and aptitude for technology and systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites; experience with CRM systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
• Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

Required skills and qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
• Ability to travel at least 20% of the time

• Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.
• With the rest of the Marketing Communications team act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.
• Overseeing PPC campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment.
• Writing informative and effective search engine optimised copy for the website and external blog postings.
• Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns.
• Managing the organisations Social Media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.
• Managing the content diary for social media content.
• Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
