What's the role?

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing and reviewing our sales performance
• To recommend and support Sales and Marketing to build strategic market plan
• Budgeting and Data Management- Support Head of Department to prepare annual budgets
• Other ad hoc sales support activities as required
• Support HOD to closely monitoring and achieve Sales Target.
• Conduct regular business reviews on sales performance and trade business activities
• Prepare monthly report for Managemet review at Japan/Hong Kong HQ

Requirements:

• Minimum one year job experience in accounting and sales planning position

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate between internal business units to proactively providing accessories solutions to drive vehicle sales through Model Life Management.
• Navigate and identify key members and to establish and build relationships with the accounts assigned. There will be full sales ownership (Pre Sales, Sales, After Sales) and responsibility to achieve the assigned revenue targets.
• Lead generation through keeping regular customer contact with customers.
• Prepare sales plan (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) and implement the sales program and schedule to meet customer's vehicle sales launch.
• Prepare sales presentations to pitch new products/solutions by studying the market/vehicle trend in each countries.
• Create weekly/monthly forecast on account revenue vs. target management and end of month sales reports.
• Submit quotation based on customer request.
• Resolves customer complaints by problem solving and develop solutions and countermeasures recommendations.
• Be part of the team to organize sales and marketing workshops to promote new products in the vehicle model life time.
• Contribute to the team performance and effort by accomplishing tasks as needed or assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Business discipline with at least 1-2 years working experience, no experience are welcome to apply
• Self-starter, motivated, good social skills, problem -solver, multi tasker and adaptive in a fast and dynamic environment
• Passion for cars & accessories, this is a sales driven role providing one stop solutions to customers
