Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the banquet and catering team, including sales coordinators and event staff. Conduct training sessions to ensure team members provide excellent service and adhere to standards. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.

Compliance and Standards

What will I be doing?

The Director of Sales is responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all managed room segments (IBT, IT, GT, CMTG, GOV), including residential and non-residential business to maximize the hotel’s total revenue. What you'll be doing

Social Media Management

• Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
• Boost engagement through high-quality, targeted social media campaigns
• Manage the social media calendar and collaborate with brand ambassadors to enhance the hospital’s online presence
• Track performance and optimise campaigns to meet business goals
• Monitor social media channels and respond to queries promptly

Corporate Communications

• Provide communications advice to departments to ensure consistent messaging
• Oversee corporate branding and review collaterals for alignment
• Support crisis communications, including participation in emergency preparedness exercises

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Mass Communications/ Public Relations/ Journalism or related studies
• 3 - 4 years of similar experience managing social media platforms and executing successful campaigns, preferably in healthcare settings
• Exceptional writing skills with a deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, paired with a creative mindset and attention to detail
• Results-driven and self-motivated, able to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
