Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Overall, in charge of sales, activities arrangement (on manpower), sales staffs' management

• Execute from marketing department to sales managers

• Liaise with Accounts about Doctors' payments, prepare Doctors' letters for them and commission for sales staffs

• Liaise with Operations about CBC, pending issues, cancellation list and other related matters

• Liaise with the marketing department about Baby Events, seminars, corporate events, LW talks and other activities

• Participate in Baby Events, seminars, corporate events, Antenatal talks, Lab visits and LW talks

• Arrange internal meeting with sales mangers & staffs to have feedbacks and concerns

• Joint calls with sales team to see new accounts, build relationships with O&G Doctors & nurses and hospitals related departments

Job Summary

The Manager, Sales and Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and collaborating with the marketing team to support sales efforts. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
