Job Responsibilities

· Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities

· Acitively generate new business by introducing doctors to the imaging MRI centres, driving referrals and ensure sustained partnerships

· Build relationships with key channel suppliers(insurance companies, GP clinics) to foster long term collaboration and business growth

· Identify and develop B2B and B2C consumer segments to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular competitive analysis and pricing research to ensure competitiveness

· Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion

· Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans with coordination with different stakeholders

· Build brand awareness through promotional packages and adjust strategies accordingly

· Compile and maintain comprehensive products/services offering lists

· At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry

About The Role

As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with 3rd-party insurance providers such as Prudential, Bupa, Cigna, etc. You will drive new business growth while maintaining excellent custodianship to existing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with third-party insurance providers and corporate clients to drive healthcare revenue growth
• Account Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and success
• Sales Strategy: Execute sales plans aligned with the Head of Sales & Marketing's strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Hunter Mentality: Proactively pursue new opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful partnerships.
• Client Solutions: Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their healthcare offerings.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Experience Required:

• Prior experience working with 3rd party insurers (e.g. Prudential, Bupa, Cigna, etc.) or corporate insurance sales is essential.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or medical service sales will be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a hunter mentality and proactive approach to business development.
• Strong ability to negotiate and navigate multi-party agreements to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Ability to analyze client needs, develop solutions and tailor them efficiently to clients needs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems eg. Salesforce and data analytics to uncover new opportunities for growth, and allow for structured forecasting.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and present tailored solutions.
• Ability to converse and write effectively in Chinese to communicate with potential Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Education/Qualification

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Additional certifications or training in insurance, sales, will be a plus.

• Coordinating all logistical elements of the event.

• Managing set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Degree / Diploma in Communications, Public relations, Events management, or related field. With 1- 2 years experience.

• Good command in English and Malay
