Job Description:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Showcase our diverse inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the car buying process, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Conduct test drives, explaining vehicle functionalities, and addressing inquiries.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Uphold the dealership's reputation for integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or related fields preferred.

You will motivate and lead a team of sales staff towards achieving excellence in customer service to achieve sales and profitability of the assigned departments.

• Actively seek out customers, offers friendly greeting; answer questions, describe features and benefits of merchandise; convert them to buyers;
• Guide and train new associates on required customer service standards, procedures and expectations; and develop staff for greater responsibilities;
• Conduct performance review for all staff under your direct report;
• Lead and motivate a team of sales staff towards achieving excellence in customer service;
• Provide feedback to buyers and department managers on merchandise sell through, customer feedback, slow and fast moving merchandise, etc. and
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma / GCE A Level / 2 years’ supervisory experience in sales
• Possess initiative, is proactive, analytical, resourceful and has a sense of urgency
• Pleasant, cheerful personality and enjoy meeting people
• Able to work 6-day work week, 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Description

• Execute internal and external communications and manage relations to maintain and increase brand awareness, and effectively communicate organisational mission.
• Draft speech and press release for events and the media.
• Create and develop contents for corporate outreach channels for both online and offline platforms including but not limiting to e-newsletter, social media, website, and feature profiles.
• Assist in handling internal and external stakeholder queries and proofreading on social channels, publicity materials etc. such as annual report and posters.
• Support in events and activities needs and crisis management communications.
• Regularly updating corporate info in all marketing assets that includes corporate deck, boiler plate, factsheet, corporate video and corporate profile write up on all digital platforms such as website, social channels, online platforms etc.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor/management.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent English writing skill to craft Press Release, internal and external comms.

• Excellent organisational abilities (meticulous with an eye for detail) and good interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven, resourceful, fast learner.

• From time-to-time may be required to work during off working hours to support events and activities.
