Job Summary:

BF Health & Skin Care Global Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to lead our global sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with international distributors and clients, and driving revenue growth across multiple regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in international sales, preferably in the beauty, health, or wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand global market presence.
• Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with key distributors, partners, and clients in target markets such as India, Indonesia, Malaysia, UAE, and the USA.
• Lead and manage the international sales team, ensuring team members meet their sales objectives and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for product development and market expansion.
• Negotiate contracts, terms of sale, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability and long-term business growth.
• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall business strategy.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Manage international sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and international exhibitions to promote the brand and its products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include general functions of Retail Sales and Boutique Management in the jewellery industry. Key responsibilities:

• Showcasing and explaining diamond jewellery, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers need
• Answering customers questions about jewellery
• Assisting customers with purchase decisions
• Processing customer orders in system
• Develop and maintain good customer relationship
• Ensure high delivery of service standards and professionalism are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
• Housekeeping of store front to ensure cleanliness and tidiness
• Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 to 3 sales experiences in the relevant IT industry.
• IT Product Solution knowledge in Information Technology.
• Strong presentation and negotiation influencing skill.
• Track record of consistent sales quota achievement and must be results driven to achieve target.
• Possess the ability to understand business problems that the prospects are resolving and able to qualify sales opportunity.
