Job Duties

• Handle tuition and university applications enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors.
• Generate leads through marketing and networking on social media platforms

• Design marketing materials (Emails, Webinars, Posters, Social Media, Brochures etc.)

With ambitious growth plans and a robust pipeline of opportunities, we are seeking an Investor Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our client business globally.

What you’ll be doing

1. Client Acquisition and Growth:Develop and execute sales strategies to distribute crypto financial solutions to institutional clients globally.
   Build and maintain relationships with high-value stakeholders, including hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, exchanges, and trading desks.
   Own and achieve P&L targets through client engagement and business development.
   
2. Sales Cycle Management:Lead end-to-end sales processes, including lead qualification, prospecting, proposal creation, negotiations, and contract closures.
   Leverage CRM tools to forecast pipelines, manage opportunities, and report on sales metrics.
   
3. Advisory and Product Expertise:Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into derivatives, algorithmic strategies, market-making, and liquidity solutions in both centralized (CeFi) and decentralized (DeFi) ecosystems.
   Stay informed about crypto regulations, RFQ protocols, and exchange mechanics to guide clients effectively.
   
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with trading, technology, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
   Coordinate with marketing and ecosystem development teams to promote Caladan’s brand and expand its footprint in the crypto landscape.
   

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience and Expertise:Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in institutional finance or trading environments.
  Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, including derivatives, algorithmic trading, RFQs, market-making, and liquidity.
  Familiarity with both CeFi and DeFi products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
  Previous experience in building new businesses within sales, trading, or business development roles at leading firms
  
• Sales Skills and Methodologies:Proficient in account-based marketing, objection handling, pipeline forecasting, and challenger sales.
  Skilled in presenting complex solutions to diverse audiences, with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Entrepreneurial Mindset:A self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  Passionate about driving results and scaling business opportunities.

• Sales traders transitioning from traditional finance (e.g., FX, options) with a strong interest in crypto markets.

· Responsible for direct sale of vacuum pumps, systems, parts and services in Singapore. Be accountable for both individual and Company’s sales target to be determined by the General Manager.

• Lead the sales team into breaking new grounds and penetrate the key market segments as in; Food process, Hospital, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Semiconductor etc.

• Undertake the leadership role among sales staffs towards developing new and key accounts and strive towards achieving the respective Key Process Indicators (KPI), sales goals and objectives.

• Assist the Sales Manager and be responsible for the training and development of inside and outside sales staffs. This includes relevant product and sales training.

• Responsible for briefing the sales team to engage the customers on a day-to-day basis to initiate, respond and coordinate inquiries and selling activities.

• Assist the Sales Manager in quarterly pump forecasting and meeting monthly and yearly “Sales turnover” target for Singapore region.

• Assist the General Manager in compiling sales data and information; track and report selling effort; For example, the weekly and monthly sales reports.

Responsibilities

- To develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and maritime clients.

- To identify new business opportunities with existing accounts by collaborating with clients to develop corporate healthcare solutions to meet their evolving needs, including upselling or cross-selling additional services.

- To actively manage and track the end-to-end sales cycle of opportunities from lead generation to deal closing and contracting, including maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and disciplined process of client relationship management.

Requirement

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

- Knowledge of the Maritime sector and its health and safety regulations is a plus
