Key Responsibilities

Position Overview

Role: Operation and Marketing Assistant

Salary: $2,500 – $2,800

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

As an Operation and Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations,

supporting customer engagement, and contributing to innovative marketing strategies.

Operations Support

● Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

● Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and administrative materials.

● Update and manage the company’s website, Point-of-Sale (POS) system, and inventory with accurate content, pricing, and images.

● Organize and maintain e-filing systems via Google Drive.

● Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure facilities are well-maintained.

● Assist in booking appointments and processing sales invoices through the POS system.

● Prepare and coordinate materials for workshops.

Customer and Marketing Support

● Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries across various platforms.

● Consolidate data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.

● Create basic visual content for posters, displays, and social media using Canva.

● Collaborate with the marketing team in media production when needed.

General Tasks

● Stay updated on company products and services to support inquiries effectively.

• Prepare and post AR related refunds for application fee, overpaid fees, credits and other refunds.

• Prepare monththly reports for management (temple operations).

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for accounts receivable part.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and ensure marketing goals are met
• Monitoring and tracking marketing budgets, including expenditures, return-on-investment
• Administering and maintaining company’s website
• To deliver weekly and monthly reports – Analyze reports to determine the efficacy of campaign
• Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and etc)
• Optimise all assigned campaigns in the form of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager campaigns
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Communication / Marketing / Business or equivalent
• 2-3 year working experience is an advantage but not a must
• Preferred knowledge or skills: Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Paid Advertising and CRM System
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.
• Good knowledge of web creation tools/platform (e.g. Adobe Suite, WordPress, Umbraco, HTML etc.)
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking

The Marketing Executive research content and consumer trends, develop content strategies, and create content for a variety of businesses in digital media. They work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure that the content is engaging and consistent across all media platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong background in creating and customizing compelling content to reach out to targeted audiences

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines

• Proactive, self-motivated and a team player

• Possess good communication, management, and coordination skills

• Strong understanding of the Singapore marketing landscape will be a plus (e.g. consumer trends, media channels, etc.)

• Analyse impact of campaign strategy and digital media planning and optimization towards business goals

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (i.e. Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Knowledge of softwares such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva will be an advantage
