• Diploma / Degree holder in related field (Sales or Information Technology).
• IT Product Knowledge. Knowledge or experience in HP / Lenovo SMB sales or IT solutions and consultancy will be an added advantage.
• Proven good sales track record in related fields.
• Excellent communicator with good presentation skills.

We are looking for energetic, resourceful and driven individuals to join the Account & Relationship Management (Sales) team

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve targets and support the growth of various brands and product range
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, offering tailored solutions based our extensive product offering
• Provide relevant education to healthcare practitioners on the uses and benefits of the company’s products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to clients and staff.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in various care areas
• Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies for wound care products.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote products.

Job Description:

• Manage the inside sales representatives team
• Set and track sales targets for team
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
• Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
• Build an open-communication environment for your team
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

Job Description

• Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies for new business line.
• Have strong determination and persistence to support the team to achieve sales targets of the company.
• Build, grow and maintain long term relationships with targeted clients and business partners.
• Analyse customers’ requirements and provide proper solution.
• Expand company’s customer base.
• Provide support during pre-tendering and tendering stages.
• Support marketing & networking activities
• Support to prepare Sales collaterals (power point presentation, drawings, technical brochures etc).
• Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.

Requirements:

• A Degree Holder in Mechanical or Electrical will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and result oriented.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience will be considered.
