Job Overview

The Partner Manager is responsible for building, managing and growing partner relationships, identifying and developing a pipeline of key business partners, co-selling with partners to win new business, and overseeing and driving partners to get customers to value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a Partner Network: Cultivate and manage a network of regional partners to drive customer success and create a robust pipeline to meet sales targets.
• Achieve Revenue Goals: Collaborate with and drive revenue through partners to achieve regional sales objectives.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate internal teams to support the development and execution of partner go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
• Business Planning and Partner Alignment: Develop and regularly review business plans with partners, establishing clear goals for marketing, skills development, project delivery, and sales execution.
• Execute Partner Programs: Organise & supervise the execution of activities outlined in business plans, including marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and joint sales initiatives.
• Pipeline and Forecast Management: Conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure forecasts and pipeline data are accurate and comprehensive.
• Ensure Partner Readiness: Support partners in maintaining training and certification levels to deliver customer projects on time, within budget, and to scope, while achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Customer and Project Health Reviews: Lead regular reviews of project and customer health with partners, collaborating with Customer Success Management to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate Partner Collaboration: Drive success between implementation and technology partners by fostering joint GTM activities, developing solution accelerators, and tracking business outcomes for “sell-with” and “sell-through” strategies.
• Joint GTM Initiatives: Design and execute joint GTM activities with partners to generate sales pipeline, and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of these initiatives.
• Enable Partner Success: Organize and lead partner enablement sessions, pipeline reviews, marketing events, and account mapping initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with Partner Marketing and Field
• Marketing teams on regional campaigns and events. Visit the main partner events in the APAC region.
• Support Sales Team Efforts: Partner with Regional Leaders in the APAC region to close deals and meet customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and close sales opportunities.
• Partner Recommendations: Provide thoughtful partner recommendations to prospects and customers to drive success.

Requirement

• >5 to 10 Years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred. Prior knowledge of enterprise IT solutions will be an added advantage
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partner plans, including go-to-market strategies, joint sales initiatives, and partner enablement programs.
• Relevant experience with resellers or System integrators would be an added advantage.
• A proven track record of consistently achieving and often exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong capability in planning, strategising, execution skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
• A deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and the ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
• Experienced in ensuring sales forecast accuracy and operational excellence.
• Excellent networking abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, resourceful, with a lot of initiative.
• A team player who enjoys working and leading in cross-functional team environments.
• A deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and the ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience working in the APAC region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Jobs Description:

-To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries

-To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders

-Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly

-To provide after sales customer support if needed

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment

-Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills

-Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft office applications namely, Outlook, Excel and Word
