Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, showroom owners, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling to open new accounts.
• Promote and introduce products to existing and new accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Showcase marketing tools such as standees, anti-bacterial decals, binders, and wire racks for display in showroom interiors.
• Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcase our products' advantages and salient features.
• Manage the collection of payments from clients in a timely manner.
• Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade organizations, and key influencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
• Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
• Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the building materials and/or surfacing products.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Working hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary Range: $3K-3.5K + Comm + Tpt & Mobile Claims + AWS

Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Location: Toh Guan Road

Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible for achieving monthly sales target set:

• To source for new projects from new and existing subscribers
• To carry out sales presentations and negotiation
• To prepare security designs and proposals
• To secure contracts and to achieve the individual sales target as agreed with the Account Manager

2. To carry out post-sales activities:

• To provide customer service and to manage customer relations.
• To coordinate the installation of secured contracts, including the application of telephone lines.
• To coordinate with Technical teams on installation and commissioning work to ensure jobs are carried out within the given time frame and to customers’ satisfaction.
• To chase for and follow up on the status of payment from customers.
• To participate in all customer rapport program agreed by Customer Service Dept.

3. Sales related duties and task:

• To collect and share useful market information collected from external parties eg. market /competitors’ information.
• To participate in marketing and/ or new business development activities as assign by the Account Manager

4. Responsible for overall safety performance when executing daily works

• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to ensure products are specified in their projects to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budget.
• Proactively seek out and establish relationships with new clients to expand our market share.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Conduct effective product presentations to architects, designers, and stakeholders to showcase our products' advantages and salient features
• Partner with main contractors and carpenters to promote products as preferred materials, driving immediate sales opportunities.
• Track specification progress, success rates and manage follow-up activities to convert specifications into sales.
• Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of specification activities, project status, and customer interactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven track specification and sales track record.
• Strong understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and project tracking tools
