• Responsible for day-to-day operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issues delivery orders, invoices, debit/credit memos, job orders, consignment notes, etc
• Manage basic accounting entries
• Process and coordinate deliveries to our retailers and customers
• Attend to customers’ requests and provide good after-sales support.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries from both online and offline sales channels.
• Submit invoices by electronic data interchange.
• Process and disseminate daily & weekly reports.
• Data management and filing.
• Liaise with our 3rd party service providers to provide delivery and installation services.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Min GCE 'N/O' level, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre environment

• Proficient in Business Central will be an advantage

Responsibilities

· Handling Monthly Account Closing, issue Debit Memo/ Credit Memo, liaise and handling issue arise to payment from vendors

· Coordinating with Export & import vendors for daily operation and shipment arrangement

· Liaise with BPO team to support in quotation making, PO, documentation handling in internal system

· Review and finding ways to improve operation process

· Manage independently assigned country operation and perform problem-solving independently on operation issues.

· At least Diploma qualification in business or related field.
