Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives. This versatile position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including online campaign management, managing our social media presence, and driving the creation of compelling content. You will be instrumental in strategizing and executing our digital strategy to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital and Performance Marketing: Manage the company's entire digital presence, including the website and social media platforms. Lead digital campaigns across various channels.
• Lead Tracking and Management: Implement strategies to capture, nurture, and convert leads.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, analyze trends, and optimize marketing efforts.
• Content Creation: Lead content ideation and creation for various digital marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in B2B TECH marketing (minimum 1 year), with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in HubSpot beyond email marketing, including campaign management, workflow automation, and lead tracking.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with online campaign tools, such as Google Search and LinkedIn Ads.
• A creative thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Events Specialist to spearhead our marketing events and campaigns across Southeast Asia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your project management skills, creativity, and strategic thinking. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand presence and driving successful events and campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of marketing events and campaigns across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including manpower, transportation, catering, equipment, and contingency planning, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand guidelines and SOPs.
• Oversee event setup, manage schedules, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-site support, including demonstrations and sales assistance during event days.
• Maintain and manage products, materials, and accessories used for events, ensuring their availability and proper storage.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with vendors, organizers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
• Effectively liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, produce post-event reviews, and identify areas for improvement for future events.
• Bring your innovative ideas to the table and continuously explore new ways to enhance the impact of our marketing events and campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related subjects.
• Proven experience in project management or organizing marketing campaigns and offline events and activities.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, familiar with local markets and consumer habits related to Fashion and FMCG, able to integrate internal and external resources to guarantee the success company’s offline events
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of working irregular hours, weekends, and prolonged standing during events.
• Motivated self-starter with independent work ethics, and the ability to solve problems and tackle challenges effectively and efficiently under high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and manage relations with external contractors and suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Singapore PR / Citizen.
• Existing relationships with Event, Fabrication, Venue, or PR agencies would be a plus.
